Tranquil Life is a mental health platform that connects clients with therapists, simplifies practice management, and empowers mental health professionals to deliver exceptional care. The platform offers flexible scheduling, a growing client base, data analytics, peer support, workshops, and professional resources - available on iOS and web.
The Problem
What needed to be solved
Mental health professionals lacked a unified digital platform to manage their practice, reach new clients, and access professional development resources. Clients had no reliable way to find qualified therapists, book sessions, or receive consistent mental health support. The market was fragmented, with no holistic solution serving both sides of the mental health ecosystem.

How I approached it
Discovery & Research
The team conducted research with mental health professionals and potential clients to understand gaps in existing tools and define the core value proposition for both sides of the platform.
System Architecture
Designed a multi-app ecosystem with a shared backend, cloud-hosted API and database, and a push notification and media storage layer - built to scale across therapists, clients, agencies, and businesses.
Design & Prototyping
Created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for all 5 apps - establishing a shared design system to maintain consistency across the full product ecosystem.
Development
Built the mobile apps in Flutter, backend APIs, and web portals with CI/CD pipelines set up for automated deployment across all environments.
Launch
Launched the therapist app on the Apple App Store and the web platform. An early access program was opened for therapists to onboard and begin seeing clients through the platform.
