What needed to be solved

Entouche needed a centralized system to replace manual inventory processes and improve visibility, accountability, and control across warehouse operations. Manual workflows made it more difficult to track stock movements, maintain accurate records, manage approvals, and generate reliable operational reports.

What I contributed

Directed the product vision and led the team through the full software development lifecycle
Architected the system from scratch, including the technology stack, database structure, API architecture, and application workflows
Led frontend development using React, Vite, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
Oversaw Laravel backend development, REST API design, authentication, and database implementation
Designed inventory workflows for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock counts
Implemented role-based access control and permissions for different levels of warehouse and management personnel
Implemented notifications, reporting, audit visibility, data import, and inventory monitoring features
Managed client communication, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and iterative delivery

How I approached it

01

Requirements & Workflow Analysis

Worked closely with the Entouche team to understand existing warehouse processes, define user roles, identify operational challenges, and translate business requirements into system workflows.

02

System Architecture & UX Design

Designed the application architecture, database structure, REST API, permissions model, inventory workflows, and user experience before implementation.

03

Development & Integration

Developed the system iteratively, integrating inventory tracking, warehouse operations, approvals, notifications, reporting, data imports, user management, and administrative functionality.

04

Testing & Deployment

Tested critical inventory workflows and role permissions, resolved integration issues, and deployed the frontend and backend to production environments.

What was built

A centralized inventory management platform that enables Entouche to manage items, receipts, transfers, stock adjustments, stock counts, warehouse operations, users and roles, reporting, notifications, data imports, and audit visibility from a single system.

What was achieved

Successfully completed and deployed the Inventory Management System

Centralized inventory and warehouse operations within a single platform

Digitized receipt, transfer, adjustment, and stock-count workflows

Implemented role-based access control and approval workflows

Introduced automated operational notifications and low-stock monitoring

Provided reporting, data import, and audit visibility for improved management oversight
